PVC / uPVC Wall Cladding
Imported PVC / uPVC (unplastisized PVC) of thickness 2 / 2.5 mm is fitted on plain surface with matching imported adhesive and 3M double sided tape. Joints are sealed with matching welding rod.
OT Interior covers operation theatre walls, ceiling, floor with hermetically sealed door & general lighting, fixed window. There are multiple options available for each. All options ensure surface is anti bacterial and easily cleanable. Moreover, suitable as per modular OT standards.
ANY COMBINATION CAN BE MADE BY SELECTING ONE OPTION FROM EACH PART.

GI 1.5mm sheet folded like a tray with 12mm bison panel is fitted on walls. Joints are filled with metallic putty. Complete structure is spray painted with anti bacterial paint. At completion walls looks one piece without any joints or groove.
Fixed double glass window can be incorporated within structure. Same level of wall cladding and window glass is maintained. Thickness of GI structure is 20mm.
Sandwich panels made by 0.8 / 1 / 1.2 mm GI powder coated / SS304 sheet in front and 0.5 / 0.8 mm GI sheet on back with PUF (Poly Urathane Foam) filled in between two sheets are fitted on wall. Panels have interlocking arrangement. Vertical grooves between panels are filled with silicon.
On completion walls look made of metal with vertical grooves at every 4 feet. Thickness of panels is 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 150 mm. Consealed air risers can be incorporated in panels with 80mm or more.
1.2 mm vinyl sheets are fitted on zero level walls. Vertical joints are sealed with thermal welding. Pleasant colors are available.
Imported Steridex / Jotun Hygiene paint is applied on walls with 7 layer procedure (3 top layers are paint) . It is antibacterial, antifungal and washable.
This type of wall work is normally done in old OTs with wall tiles. This coating is done on existing tiles surface.
6mm thick glass is fitted on each side with profile section between two glasses. Area between two glasses is vaccumised / filled with gas to give thermal & sound insulation.
It can be made with automated curtain or automated clear/frosted glass.

600mmX600mm tiles made of 0.6mm stainless steel 304 grade sheet are fitted in aluminium frame. Joints are filled with silicon. At completion ceiling looks in tiled form with grooves at every 2 feet.
8mm bison board fitted on aluminium frame. Entire structure is finished with birla putty and PU paint is applied. At completion ceiling looks one piece without any joints.
1/2/3 mm vinyl sheet in roll or tile form is fitted on floor. Copper plates are placed below it connected to earthing. Colors and designs are available as per shade card. Mainly used in areas with high electrical load and equipments prone to electrical charge. Suitable for OT / ICU.

100% epoxy resin with hardener is spread over floor and settled at 1mm thickness. Double coat is given which makes it hard enough and long lasting. Total thickness of coat is 2mm. It can be made in any shade as per choice. It has excellent antibacterial, antifungal qualities.
It can also be made antistatic and conductive with use of carbon powder & copper plates within it.

50mm HPCL (High Pressure Compact Laminate) / SS304 with PUF infilled one piece shutter sliding on imported channel with drop & push action i.e. shutter is dropped down & pushed near wall to make it hermetically sealed when closed. Manual or automatic option available.

List board is made of acrylic surface which has magnetic properties. Suitable Duster & pen sticks to that.
